If you opt into multiple TriviaBright properties or subscribe using different email addresses, you may continue to receive communications at those addresses unless you unsubscribe individually.

SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from TriviaBright, you consent to receive automated informational messages, which may include trivia alerts, updates, or similar content. Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages
To stop receiving messages, text STOP
To get help, text HELP or email [email protected]

After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from TriviaBright unless you opt in again.

By participating in the SMS program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded messages to the mobile number you provided.

Use of Content

All content on TriviaBright is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print or download a single copy of content for personal reference.

Binding Arbitration

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Conducted by a single arbitrator

You and TriviaBright waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

The arbitrator may award any relief permitted by applicable law, and the decision shall be final and binding.

Opt-Out:
U.S. consumers may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within 7 days of first accepting this Agreement.

Changes to These Terms

TriviaBright reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
